Country Ball is Satterwhite's attempt to recreate a home video of a family picknick, the video itself also figures in the landscape. He traced 35 drawings by his mother that illustrated outdoor recreational utilities, and imported them into Maya, a 3D animation program. Sattlewhite himself performs in front of the camera and a green screen; later he inserts those videos into the virtual space to create a “Garden of Earthly Delights”.
